Sport Performance, Therapy/Counselling and Motivational Speaking

The following terms and conditions relate to any Therapy/Counselling, Sport Performance, Education and Motivational Speaking activities booked with Get Set For Success:

Booking Price

All prices are as quoted on the telephone with the client and will be subject to an additional figure of 2.5% when payment is made with a Credit Card.

Payment

Payment in full is to be made at time of booking. No refunds given in case of cancellation. By making payment you are deemed to have read, understood, agreed and accepted our Terms & Conditions.

NLP Training Courses

The following terms and conditions relate to all training courses booked with Get Set For Success:

Booking Price

All prices are as quoted on the telephone and will be subject to an additional 2.5% when payment is made with a Credit Card

Payment

Payment in full must be made at time of booking and received by us as cleared funds. By making payment you are deemed to have read, understood, agreed and accepted our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation

If for any reason you have to cancel an agreed booking, this must notified to us in writing prior to the commencement of the training course and the cancellation fees as set out below will apply:

Notice Given

Less than 4 weeks - 100% of the booking price non-returnable

Less than 12 weeks - 75% of the booking price non-returnable

Courses are not transferable to another date. Alternatively a substitute delegate can be provided subject to our approval of such substitute
