“The World Cold Water Swimming Championships were held at the Tooting Bec Lido Feb 9th and 10th 2008. I found the workshop and talk that Julie delivered exciting and motivating. The demonstration of goal visualisation and the tool to get rid of certain unhelpful behaviours, was more than interesting.
